It all started with a simple question:
Why do so many golfers struggle to improve their game,
even after years or decades of trying?
It’s a fact: Very few people have time for lessons or extra practice.
That’s where training aids come in – and that’s where we decided to focus first.
Research told us what we had long suspected:
Most training aids, while well-intentioned, just don’t provide the help they promise.
Some are too complicated, with multiple moving parts. Some are awkward to use, forcing your body into uncomfortable positions.
And some, well, some just look so silly you wouldn’t dare pull them out in front of other golfers.
That’s why so many training aids end up buried in the garage – or the garbage – after a single trip to the range.
The best training aids, on the other hand, keep things simple.
Their purpose is easy to understand. They give you clear, actionable feedback. They don’t make you look ridiculous. And they deliver results that show up where it really matters – on the golf course.
Those are the kinds of tools we set out to build.
In studying why amateurs struggle, we noticed something else:
Most golf clubs aren’t made for everyday golfers like you.
Yes, there are tons of drivers, irons, hybrids, wedges and putters on the market. Way too many to count.
But the vast majority have a big problem:
They’re designed for professional golfers – not for regular Joes and Jills.
And why is that? Because big brands build clubs for their pro endorsers, like those on the PGA and LPGA tours. That makes sense, since those players are paid to use their clubs.
But here's the problem:
Clubs built for pros are NOT right for the rest of us.
To paraphrase Bobby Jones’ famous quote about a young Jack Nicklaus, pros play a game with which regular golfers aren’t familiar.
Fittingly, their clubs are designed for those with:
Now, think about your game. When’s the last time you smashed a 350-yard drive? Or confidently worked the ball around a tricky corner? Or easily escaped a terrifying bunker?
If you’re like most golfers, you don’t do these things often (or ever). But the big brands build clubs for players who do them routinely.
You’ve probably heard people say, “It’s the archer, not the arrow.”
Well, we at Shotcraft disagree. And we decided to fix the problem.
Just like we set out to do with training aids, we wanted to craft clubs that would help regular golfers play their best.
So our equipment is created for people who love golf, but don’t have endless hours to practice…
… Who want to hit it better and shoot lower scores, but are also interested in having fun while spending quality time with family and friends.
… Who enjoy the game’s challenges, but wouldn’t mind if golf were just a wee bit easier.
Maybe you only tee it up a few times each month. Maybe you’ve lost some distance or accuracy over the years. Maybe you’ve never been great at golf because, let’s be honest, it’s a really hard sport.
No matter what state your game is in, you deserve equipment that works for you.
That’s why we aimed to create a new category of golf clubs:
And yes, all of our clubs are 100% legal for tournaments under the Rules of Golf.
Shotcraft may be a small company, but we think big. And we don’t cut corners when it comes to quality.
We partner with the best club designers and engineers to craft our clubs and training aids. One Shotcraft team member even worked with Tiger Woods and Rory McIlroy at Nike, and designed clubs that made the coveted Golf Digest “Hot List.”
Likewise, we use high-grade materials and apply strict quality control standards to every Shotcraft product – just like the big brands.
The difference, of course, is that our equipment works for YOU.
You deserve training aids and golf clubs that max out your results – even if your swing isn’t perfect.
Especially if your swing isn’t perfect.
Hearing from happy golfers is the best part of what we do. Comments like, “I scored 5 strokes lower thanks to your club,” remind us why we started this journey.
We hope you’ll check out our products today. Each one is designed to help you play better golf and enjoy the game to its fullest.
Because at the end of the round, that’s what it’s all about.
The B29 Blue Brick is a training aid for golfers who want:
A steep, over-the-top swing is the root cause of your contact and ball flight issues.
THIS brand-new training aid "forces" your hands and body to swing the club on the same shallow downswing angle as the pros.
The BX-1 is a groundbreaking new wedge designed to help golfers:
It gets you out of bunkers and thick rough without digging, and makes it easy to hit high, soft shots from all around the green.
While the BX-1's designers crafted their wedge with only one purpose in mind — to help struggling golfers escape the sand most every time.
